All deliveries are sent directly from our warehouse to customers.  For custom prices please contact us. Orders are delivered as packages or pallets, via a transport company to the delivery address specified when the order was made.

You must check all goods on arrival: if on a rare occasion customers receive their goods damaged, they must refuse the delivery.  

Signing for the delivery: all goods must be signed for, so please provide us with a delivery address where somebody will be in to receive the delivery. Our carriers will not be able to leave the goods without a signature. Goods must be inspected before they are signed for and, if found to be damaged, be refused delivery. If goods are reported damaged after they have been signed for, customers will be required to return the goods at their own expense.

Shipping: if no-one is present to sign for the goods when delivery is attempted, our carriers will attempt to deliver to your delivery address twice and will put an ‘attempted delivery’ card through your letterbox each time (if no-one is present to sign for delivery). Following this, the goods will be sent back to our carrier's local depot. Customers will have the option to collect the goods from their local depot or we can arrange to re-deliver the goods, for which customers will be charged.

If customers choose not to collect the goods or pay for re-delivery, they will be charged for the carrier’s costs of delivery and returning the goods to our warehouse.  

The delivery address: we ship all our goods to the delivery address on the customer order. Customers will face an extra charge if they change their delivery address after their goods have been dispatched.


Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or is the wrong size:  ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS, WITH 30% RESTOCKING FEE.  To seek a refund for a damaged product, customers must first provide as much information as possible about the damaged product.

Customers will be able to return products within 14 days from the delivery date. A return form must first be requested, then filled in and enclosed with the returned goods. Customers must arrange the return of the goods themselves and track the delivery using a reputable carrier. We ask customers to do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods. 

Returning an item that has custom-made:  returns of items with custom-made sizes cannot be accepted.

Returning an item that is faulty:  if we have supplied an item that is faulty, please  request a return form and we can then arrange the uplift of the goods (please put a copy of the return form with the goods). In these circumstances, we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred. 

Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:  if we have supplied an item incorrectly, we will arrange the uplift of the goods and have the correct item reordered for you at the same time. Please request a return form, which will then need to be filled in and sent back with the goods that are being returned.
